Terms and refunds

The short version: AgentKnocks is free for Claude Code, and every download includes 7 days of Pro. If you buy Pro, you pay once and can use it on 1, 3 or 5 Macs, depending on the license you choose. If it isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days and you'll get your money back.

These terms

These terms apply when you download, use or buy AgentKnocks from agentknocks.com. AgentKnocks is made by Sidhant Sinha, an individual developer based in India ("we"). By using AgentKnocks, you agree to them.

Free plan and trial

The Free plan watches Claude Code sessions with no time limit. Every new installation also gets a 7-day trial of Pro; you don't need a card or an email address to start it. When the trial ends, AgentKnocks moves to the Free plan: it keeps working for Claude Code, and the Pro features stop until you enter a license key. Ending the trial never changes your agents' settings.

Your Pro license

• When you buy Pro, you get a personal license to use AgentKnocks Pro on as many Macs as your license covers (1, 3 or 5) that you or your household own or control. Your license key arrives by email straight after checkout.
• You can move the license to a different Mac at any time by choosing Deactivate This Mac in AgentKnocks on the Mac you no longer use.
• AgentKnocks checks the key with our payment provider when you activate it and about once a day afterwards. Pro keeps working for 30 days without an internet connection.
• Your license includes every 1.x update, including the Pro features listed as coming soon on agentknocks.com. If we release a version 2, it may be a paid upgrade, and Pro owners will be offered it at a discount.

Prices, payment and tax

Prices are in US dollars. At the founding price, available until 31 December 2026, Pro costs $9.99 for 1 Mac, $19.99 for 3 Macs and $29.99 for 5 Macs, paid once. Prices include any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you live, so the price shown is what you pay. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as our merchant of record, which collects and pays that tax. If the price goes up later, it doesn't affect a license you've already bought.

Refunds

If AgentKnocks isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of buying, with your order number or the email address you used, and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. Dodo Payments returns the money to your original payment method, and the license key stops working.

What AgentKnocks does on your Mac

AgentKnocks only watches. It never approves or denies anything on your agents' behalf, and it changes an agent's settings file only when you ask it to, after showing you the change and backing the file up. You remain responsible for what your coding agents do and for reviewing their permission requests.

Fair use

Please don't share or publish license keys, try to get around the license checks, or distribute modified copies of AgentKnocks.

Warranty and liability

AgentKnocks is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of bugs, notice every event, or be right for every purpose. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for AgentKnocks. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date at the top. A change will never take away features you have already paid for.
